I am very pleased with the service I received at Rugby Reptiles. I had a few problems with my viv with the temp and light fittings in my tank I received the right information and parts that I needed and am very happy with the service provided.

hi just wanted to say thankyou for your help and advice on the telephone and to the gentleman who brought  the baby orange beardies out to me in my car today (sun) so that i could chose one (i’m in a wheelchair) i was very impressed with the level of service i thought not being able to get in the shop i’d have to just take what you gave me but i had a huge choice, so difficult as wanted them all!! she travelled fine back to peterborough with me and the first thing she did when put in my viv was to pig out on the mealworms and veg in the viv ! lol
she seems happy enough in with my beardie, infact after a few minutes together they both climbed up a plant together and peered out through the vent together, one with its “arm” around the other!! lol sooo cute (see photo)

Hiya,

Just thought I would drop you a line to say how great we find the shop and more importantly, the staff – yes, thats you and Andy :-) . Your knowlege and love of your reptiles shows through and its why we are so happy to have bought our two pythons from you yesterday.

We shall be in later today to see them and hopefully take a few pics as well as buying some bits for the vivarium now that Chris has sealed it.

Andy was very very helpful, and I was pleased to feel that it wasn’t just about making the sale, but more about the interests of the snake.
I set up when I got home, and as suggested I fed him, he is now curled up in his hide.
